[Premire Town - First Gym - Mora Lite, Poison-type]
Mora Lite is a bright girl, likable by all the other Gym Leaders. She elected herself to be the region's first gym leader in sequential order. She is rather fond of Poison-types,her star Pokèmon Weezing having saved her from a bandit back in the day. Her team consists of:
- Ekans
- Nidoran (Female)
- Croagunk
- Spinarak
- Foongus
- Weezing*

The badge she awards you is the Bright Badge, symbolizing the player's ingenuity in beating the first Gym Leader of the Rokan Region. On Wednesdays in the afternoons after beating her,you can find her out at the Pokèmon Lab talking to Professor Maple about Pokèmon. Talking to her for the first time prompts her to ask if you want to register her in your Pokègear. You can call and rebattle her on Thursdays at any times. Talking to her again any time after, you can listen in on her conversations with Professor Maple about Pokèmon. Occasionally, she'll turn to you and ask your opinion on whatever Pokèmon she's talking about,to which you can reply positively, negatively,or neutrally. Calling her any other time than the required time, she talks briefly about Poison-type pokèmon or Professor Maple's research.

[Ile Villa - Second Gym - Seul, Dark-type]
Seul has a quite decent fan club, which is why he elected to have his Gym built on his own private island nearby his villa. Otherwise,he would have built his Gym at Ranger's Resort, right near the edge of the sea. He has a very quiet and modest personality. You can actually find his fan club's base there in a building resembling his Gym,where they tell you that his Gym is at his Villa in the first place. His star Pokèmon is a Zorua he found all alone on the outskirts of Unova. He took care of it,and over time, they bonded. His Pokèmon team consists of:
- Umbreon
- Poochyena
- Murkrow
- Purrloin
- Sableye
- Zorua*

The badge he awards you is the Determination Badge, symbolizing the player's determination to fight through the darkness and defeating it. On Monday nights after beating him,you can find him in his Villa resting after a long day of training and battling. Upon speaking to him,he then goes on to unravel a long yarn about his time taking care of his Zorua, then suddenly snaps out of it and asks you if you would be interested to hear more. If you say yes,he registers himself in your Pokègear. You can then call him on Fridays from 6:30 AM to 11:59 PM to rematch him the same day,as long as you don't wait until midnight. Talking to him in his Villa again any time after,he continues telling stories about his Zorua. Calling him from midnight to 6:29 AM,he doesn't answer, implying he's asleep. Entering his Gym in that time period,he's not there, and attempting to enter his Villa in that same time period, the door will be locked.

[Chemin Port - Third Gym - Pitaine, Water-type]
Pitaine frequently goes out on his own personal excursions to some unknown place on his ship. No one knows where he goes, but on one fateful return voyage,he returned with a Lapras. It appeared that they knew each other well. Many mark his personality as inexplicably mysterious. His team consists of:
- Poliwhirl
- Krabby
- Seaking
- Octillery
- Huntail
- Lapras*

The badge he awards you is the Faith Badge, for having faith in your Pokèmon. On Tuesday afternoons, you can find him standing next to his Gym looking out to sea in the direction of the desert, thinking deeply about something. Talking to him,he immediately inquires if you wanted his Pokègear number. Saying no,he merely replies with silence, and accepting,he registers himself in your Pokègear and tells you to call him on Sunday mornings. Calling him then, you can ask for a rematch. Calling him any other time,he doesn't answer, and talking to him any other time when he's outside his Gym,he still doesn't reply. In the aftergame,if your last catch was a legendary pokèmon and you talk to him,he comments that he saw the whole thing and depending on how many Pokèballs it took to catch it,he comments on it saying one of two things. If it took less than 10 pokèballs,he compliments on your prowess in catching pokèmon. If it took more than 10,he comments that you could do a little better. Afterwards,he claims a little bird told him about it,which is how he saw the capture.

[Entraîneur Island - Fourth Gym - Battre, Fighting-type]
Battre built his Gym here, finding this island as a perfect place for training Fighting-type Pokèmon. Many trainers training their own Fighting-types followed in his footsteps and went there to train. Many trainers still train there today. He has a strong personality, training his Pokèmon every day. But he's truly gentle at heart. Battre's team consists of:
- Primeape
- Machoke
- Hitmontop
- Hitmonlee
- Hitmonchan
- Mienshao*

Everyone was surprised that he had chosen a Mienshao as his star Pokèmon,as it contradicted his outward personality. The badge he awards you is the Strength Badge, for having the strength to beat him. He also awards the HM for Strength. On Saturdays, you can find him relaxing on the southern coast of the island with his Mienshao, where you can register him in your pokègear. Talking to him anytime he's out on the coast relaxing,he comments on how it's important not to overwork your pokèmon and to let them rest every once in a while. Calling him any other time than Wednesday, the designated rematch date,he talks about how you should not underestimate a pokèmon's potential.

[Particulier Island - Fifth Gym - Roportè, Flying-type]
Roportè had his Gym built here long ago. It shared the same western-side construction site as a Pokè Transfer Lab being built here after the success of the one in Unova. One day,Roportè felt an odd sensation in the air. It felt very foreboding. Realizing what it must have meant,he told everyone on the island to evacuate to the east side of the island, including the Pokè Transfer scientists who were in the middle of a transfer. The scientists refused at first, but then the lab began shaking. They all evacuated to the eastern side of the island, where, after everyone had retreated to safety, the lab blew up,taking the Gym and all the buildings around it with it. The scientists had been transferring a horde of Electrodes, which as it was revealed, were extremely nervous during the transfer and accidentally self-destructed themselves mid-transfer destroying the lab they were closer to,this being the Particulier Island lab,and making such a large explosion that it took out the buildings it had. After that, all of the townsfolk left to other towns, and the scientists took to excavating a newly-found shrine up north. (Fèrer Shrine) Roportè,however, had the construction crew rebuild his Gym in the crater left by the explosion. They built a concrete platform which they rebuilt the Gym upon. No one knows why he stayed there, but he would never tell anyone why when asked. His team consists of:
- Fearow
- Dodrio
- Skarmory
- Swellow
- Staraptor
- Pelipper*

His star Pokèmon is his faithful Pelipper. The badge he awards you is the Flight Badge. It doesn't seem to symbolize anything, further adding to his unknown intentions. He also gives you the HM for Fly. Any day,you can find him outside his Gym on the platform looking down at the rubble-filled crater where the Pokè Transfer Lab used to be. Talking to him,he talks about the incident that caused it all before offering you his Pokègear number. Talking to him after,he reminisces about the sensation he felt warning him about the explosion. Truth be told,he doesn't know where it came from or how it happened either. He claims it might have just been premature magnetic waves emanating from the lab. Calling him,he merely asks you how your day has been, and comments that his day was either pleasant or unpleasant. Thursday at any time is the call and rematch date.

[Prèsdelafin Village - Sixth Gym - Giovanni]
You should know who Giovanni is. He's the leader of Team Rocket. He claims that he came here to start his life anew as the sixth Gym Leader of the Rokan Region. He also claims to have given up on Team Rocket in turn for better intentions. (Following the story of Team Rocket being disbanded in HeartGold and SoulSilver.) He has several former grunts with him in the village, one of which who sells Pokèmon drinks (Protein, Carbos, Iron, etc.) in the bazaar. His star Pokèmon is Kangaskhan, closely followed by Dugtrio. His team consists of:
- Sandslash
- Marowak
- Donphan
- Krokorok
- Dugtrio*
- Kangaskhan*

The badge he awards you is the Earth Badge, the same badge he gave in FireRed and LeafGreen. He then wishes you luck on the rest of your journey. He is the only Gym Leader to also give you his Pokègear number immediately. You can call him any day and set the rematch date for any time, this part of his new routine. Every day you can find him in his gym training or relaxing with his pokèmon.

[Broder Town - Seventh Gym - Wemtow, Psychic-type]
None of Wemtow's backstory is explained. He has a calm, but smart-termed attitude. His star Pokèmon is Bronzong. His team consists of:
- Alakazam
- Kadabra
- Espeon
- Unown (W)
- Chimecho
- Bronzong*

The badge he awards you is the Silence Badge, symbolizing your focus in battling. His Unown is oddly very powerful, despite how regular Unown typically are. It knows Extrasensory, Psychic, Zen Headbutt and Rest. Any day,you can walk up to him in his Gym and get his Pokègear number. You can rematch him any time. He claims that his Unown is special any time you talk to him or call him.

[Dernière City - Eigth Gym - Fantôme, Ghost-type]
Fantôme claims he knows of a world where Pokèmon are the main race, where a brave guild of Pokèmon help people every day,and how once two of these Pokèmon were taken to the future in part of a plot that was part of a much larger plot. He then realizes you came to battle, and starts the battle. Everyone considers his personality as wise, but a bit nutty at times. His star Pokèmon is Dusknoir. His team consists of:
- Banette
- Cofagrigus
- Chandelure
- Sableye
- Sableye
- Dusknoir*

The badge he gives you is the Finale Badge, symbolizing how close you are to fighting the league. Everyone claims that even though he's the respected eighth leader and the practical gatekeeper to the Pokèmon League,he's a bit nutty in the head from his stories about the other,Pokèmon-dominated world he claims to know about. You can find him in the Pokè Center on Sundays next to the PC,where you can get his Pokègear number. He claims that the whole other world he 'knows' about is in the PC. But even he claims he's not so sure about that. He continues to talk about it whenever you call him on any day other than Saturday.

[ELITE FOUR] [CHAMPION]
Elite #1, Plan. He greets all who enter the league and uses Steel-types. His personality is described as sharp and clever,as he wrote the blueprints for many of the structures in Rokan. His star Pokèmon is Steelix. His team is:

- Metagross
- Bastiodon
- Magnezone
- Steelix*

Elite #2, Secmiam Vane Buford. He is the youngest of three brothers. He masters the Dark-type,and his star Pokèmon is Zoroark. His personality is very quiet, yet with a hint of boredom. He has a dark aura despite his friendly demeanor. His team consists of:
- Mightyena
- Absol
- Liepard
- Houndoom
- Honchkrow
- Zoroark*

Elite #3, Secmian Vant Trusscot. He is the middle brother of the three brothers. He has Water-types,and his star Pokèmon is Feraligatr. He has an active, yet average personality. His team consists of:
- Seadra
- Vaporeon
- Wailord
- Samurott
- Simipour
- Feraligatr*

Elite #4, Secminour Van Millisec The Third. He is the eldest of the three brothers, and his star Pokèmon is Gallade. He has a wise, clever and well-learned personality. His team consists of:
- Espeon

- Solrock
- Latias
- Gallade*
He surprisingly has two legendaries on his team.

Champion, Final. (Pronounced Fee-nall) He greets you to the final challenge of the region, and wishes you luck for your battle with him. His personality is serious, but very friendly. He has no clear star Pokèmon,as all his pokèmon are the fully-evolved forms of the Kanto and Hoenn starters.
- Venusaur
- Blastoise
- Charizard
- Sceptile
- Swampert
- Blaziken
After beating him,he reveals that there is a reward for beating him and the league other than being registered in the Hall of Fame: A Master Ball. He gives it to you and comments that there are some interesting Pokèmon out there in areas you haven't been to you could catch it with. Then he registers your team and you.

You can find Final standing outside the Ancient Crypt on Saturday mornings from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. (AKA, six in the morning to noontime.) It is here that he tells you that Ancient Crypt and Legendary Tower were the places he was talking about. He then also explains to you that the legendaries of all five regions come to these two locations for a sort of vacation from their own regions. They sometimes battle against each other.

[Professor Maple]
Professor Maple is the Pokèmon Professor of the Rokan region. She has an optimal personality, and offers the player the choice of any region's starter Pokèmon upon starting their adventure, claiming it's to help new trainers to the region to adapt. In case you don't know, the starter pokèmon are:

She also gives you a Pokèdex, which she then assures you that you are in no way obligated to fill it out completely, and to fill it at your leisure. Rarely, when you start up the game before the Elite Four are beaten for the first time, she will run up to you and tell you that there is a legendary Pokèmon roaming the region. This will only last the entire play session,so if you quit the game and come back even as soon as the same day,the Pokèmon will no longer be roaming the region. The possible Pokèmon you can get are:
- Entei
- Raikou
- Suicune
- Latios
- Latias
- Moltres

She has a very sparkly personality, and is intent on researching on as many pokèmon as she can by herself. If the player beats the Gym Leaders,Elite Fours and Champions of all the other regions at West Seaport in the aftergame, and then enters the S.S. Craftlan,Professor Maple will not be there. Only the professors from the other five regions appear.

Whew,bios are done. I need a shower.
